Here at The Climbing Dietitian we are particularly passionate about the sport of Basketball, myself having personally played since I was a young teenager and being an avid follower of the NBA for as long as I can remember.
Since opening my private practice I have been able to combine my love for the game and gain further qualifications to become an Accredited Sports Dietitian in order to be able to work with and assist Basketball players with their nutrition needs. I have extensive experience working with various team sport athletes, including a number of male and female Basketballers across various competition levels.
Nutrition is the cornerstone of any athletes success and performance, and the competitive basketball player is no different.
